Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were lovely, especially our honeymoon suite with a big TV, although the chairs were a bit odd. The initial security concerns in the remote annex were addressed by the staff. The balcony offered stunning views of the estuary and Crantock beach, creating a romantic atmosphere. However, the dated interior and in need of renovation ambiance did not match the beautiful surroundings outside.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was brilliant with amazing views and close to Fistral Beach, but the room I stayed in, number 12, needed updating and wasn't the cleanest. The dining experience was chaotic, and only light salads were available. However, the hotel's maintenance during the off-peak season was commendable.
The hotel had some drawbacks like outdated rooms and slow service, but its perfect location near the beach made the stay enjoyable. Dining experience had its flaws too, despite the beautiful dining room. Overall, the hotel has its ups and downs.
